I just moved out from this apartment.It is a fancy apartment on Highline, but I must say it is not comfortable enough to reside.My room was on 2nd floor facing East. It was sunny and nice, but due to CVS ventilation during the summer time, my room was sauna. In addition, during winter, it was super cold! During the night, I was disturbed by the traffic signal (green, red, yellow) and the sound from the street.If you expect a quiet life, I recommend to pick up the room facing west.Overall, people were good, but sometimes they were shouting in the corridor at 1am. It is a new apartment, but when I moved in, the microwave was covered by grease, A/C filter was covered by dust and pet hair, fridge temperature was 110F, something was not flushed in the toilet bowl, washer was dirty and I asked to change some part and the drawers were with sticky greasy hairs...But good of this apartment was to let me clean the room beforehand. I already requested that the above mentioned parts need to be cleaned, but nothing was done. So I was super lucky that I could clean the dirty room by myself before I move in.I still like this apartment as it has a lovely rooftop. But even though it is not allowed to bring pets in the rooftop, some brought the pets and let them pee everywhere. I was concerned when I saw small kids were playing around.Last, but not least, when i received the notice of renew lease, the rent increased dramatically.
