Former Tenant: 2016 - 2017

Pros:

Great for young singles looking for small, affordable apartments. Friendly doormen, unbeatable neighborhood, and insane lobby. Incredible light if you have a south-facing unit on the west side of the building on a higher floor.

Cons:

apartment size is a little small. Elevators were being upgraded the entire time that I was living there. Co-op application/review process was cumbersome if not going through Brodsky.

Pros:

This is a really beautiful apartment building in what I consider the best neighborhood in Manhattan. The doormen are a dream to deal with and the building is beautifully maintained. It is close to the West 4 subway stop which has every subway line so you can get anywhere quickly. Best apt building in NYC!
