This is one of the most amazing buildings in all of the downtown area. The location is NUMBER ONE. Being directly across from the Standard east and The Bowery hotel means you will never be bored. The sushi place Ogawa cafe across the street is amazing, as is the Italian place Misirizzi. The rooftop deck is incredible and open whenever the weather is good so as early as April and as late as November. It is has a grill that anyone can use to BBQ. You can also rent it privately if you want to have a party. The people that work there are the nicest and most helpful ever. Every doorman remembers your name immediately and helps you with anything you need. The super is always available and couldn't be sweeter. The hallways are really nice and very welcoming to come home to. The gym is great and always very clean. The views from many of the apartments are amazing.
Cons:
The apartments are small and extremely overpriced. The rent is ridiculous but just like everyone else there, I found it worth it. Plus, there are not many great rental buildings in the Noho/Soho area. I had to move out for unfortunate circumstances but I do hope to move back in at some point.
