Cons:
Unites don't have a living room (just kitchen + table space), wifi often goes out, guest policy is strict (1 guest per bedroom), RA's are unorganized which often leads to package delivery delays in mail room, and front desk workers can be rude

This is for intern summer housing at The New School. Move-in days were May 30 and move-out is August 12. Not cheap -- ~$4,500 for the summer.
