Cons:

ADDITION: The building manager followed up with me, really listened to my concerns, and was very gracious about the issues. So take the review below with a grain of salt because management at least seems to care about the tenant experience! We only toured this place so I have nothing to say on actually living here, but the tour was so bad I needed to post a review. Post Towers seems to not care about its residents, or at least not its potential future ones. We went in for the tour, and the doormen was inattentive and rude. After having us wait for a while, he again asked why we were there and realized we had an appointment to tour. We were sent up to see the leasing agent, Robbie. I had spoken to Robbie a few times on the phone and he seemed fine. When we were actually there to tour, he was totally indifferent to us. Did not provide any information about the place outside of the questions we specifically asked. He talked to the guy painting the apartment once we got inside, and ignored us as we walked around. He showed us the gym and the lounge and at that point we were back at the leasing office door. He said bye, did not ask if we had any questions or if we needed any follow-up, and went back into his office. You could chalk this up to NY style, but we saw 11 apartments in two days in Fidi, and did not have as bad of an experience anywhere else (though the girl at 180 Water was no gem either). My impression is this place does not care about its residents, so stay away!
