Pros:

Been living here for 2 years and it's been a great experience. The apartments are modern with great hardwood floors, granite kitchens, stainless steel appliances, marble bathrooms and large windows. Some units have 17 ft plus ceiling heights. You really build a personal connection with each of the doorman which are all very friendly and know everyone. The maintenance staff is also on point with prop response to any issue including changing a light bulb in my 17th ft ceiling! The building has a recently renovated building lounge with great cable tvs and plenty of space. It also includes a gym, although not big contains all the basics to avoid paying a gym membership and have to commute to a gym. The location just get better with time as Westfield Mall, Target and Hudson Eats have just opened up. Plus all the usual like Whole Foods, Bed Bath & Beyond etc. rents are reasonable for what you get, when I renewed I had a reasonable increase. Sudan and his leasing team are great to assist in finding the right apartment here.

As a former tenant of one of Kibel's apartments located at 90 West St in New York City, NY, I paid a substantial security deposit of two months rent, over $5000. Despite having vacated in August of 2016--8 months as of the time of this writing in April 2017--Kibel still has yet to reimburse the security deposit. They issued a check in November of 2016, but the check bounced, and I was charged a transaction fee associated with their bad check. They have not responded to my communiques in over a month, and I will likely be taking legal action against them.I liked the apartment and the doormen, but it is clear that this company doesn't care about about their tenants. I haven't heard from Lee Rosen in a long time, and I want this resolved immediately.
