Friendly staff, great location, lovely facilities. We miss living there but due to my job relocation we had to move. Our apartment was sound facing on 19th floor with lovely view and also lots of sunshine. Few problems we had some of which got resolved (hence 4 stars rating):- Within one week of moving they started working on the exterior of the building and the sundeck was closed and never opened by the time we left. This was never mentioned to us when we were viewing and signing the lease- apartments get really hot during winter and they have no means to control the temperature as their heating system is old (and I understand some get colder than others). This was fixed after we complained or at least became better. They did insert some sort of a shield which fixed the problem. Final comment is that we didn't have any issues with check out process and received our deposit back in full. Overall a very pleasant experience and memories
