Great Staff and great location.
Cons:STAY AWAY. They are going to try to charge you for their renovations and REFUSE TO PROVIDE RECEIPTS.
I stayed at the Park Towers South property for 7 years. Do not stay in any of their properties. Based on my experience they are completely disrespectful of their tenants, treat their staff terribly, and they are going to try to steal your deposit without providing any proof. First, I have personally seen members of the landlord's family who reside in the building treat the doormen extremely rudely and yelling at them in the lobby in front of tenants. In 2022, this behavior is unacceptable. A privileged individual should not be allowed to treat their employees in that way simply because of the inequity in power. Second, their behavior throughout the pandemic was horrific and very disrespectful to the tenants (constant renovations during which you could not be in your apartment and the landlord's refusal to take into account the disturbance they were causing). Third, I moved out a few days ago and now they are trying to charge me with renovations of the apartment claiming that I cause damage that I never did (e.g., stains on the floor that were there when I moved in and curtain rods that were also there when I moved in). They also want to charge me $100 for a set of keys!!!! Similarly excessive amounts are listed on the list of purported damages. I offered to mitigate the damage but they refused and insist that I pay the arbitrary amounts they set without ANY proof or invoices from contractors. When I said I would pay the invoices as soon as I received them, their lawyer threatened me with a summons and complaint and said that I could subpoena the bills through litigation. I suspect that they are about to wholly renovate the apartment (like they have done with others before and they are just trying to squeeze money out of me even though they are going to completely tear down everything-- this is the type of people you will be dealing with). They are asking for money but refusing to provide receipts!!! That is the level of bad faith I am dealing with. You can contact me and I am happy to give you the full rundown as well as recommendations for other buildings in that area. Do not live in a building of people who are going to try and steal your money, do not respect their tenants and mistreat their employees.

On a personal note, I'd like to say that I truly appreciated the agents prompt response, kindness and sincerity. I've read many great reviews on google about this company and their customer service- good honest reviews from people who got the apartment they wanted and those who didn't. In New York, finding a home is stressful and competitive so I know it's challenging on their end. None the less, I appreciated their kindness and I know that everyone ends up where they are supposed to. Signed the lease! Love how you can apply online.

When my partner and I started looking for a new place to live, the entire experience was horrible. From companies who were hard to contact to agents who wasted our time showing homes that did not meet our requirements; we endured it all. Our apartment hunt did not take a turn for the better until we came across Goldfarb. As soon as we submitted an application we were contacted by a more than helpful agent by the name of Michael T. Michael explained to us what documents were necessary and even arranged for us to view an apt. that still had a tenant. Literally, everyone in the building was so nice. The front desk agent contacted the tenant, who then let us view his apartment AND took us down to the gym and laundry room so we can see the amenities of the building. After this experience we had our heart set on the building. Michael and all the people of Goldfarb were absolutely amazing. We said yes and are in the process of signing our new lease. =DD Thank you !!

Just moved to this building a month ago and couldn't be happier. It was sparkling clean when we arrived. The doorman are friendly and super helpful, and the couple of minor maintenance issues we've had were addressed quickly and successfully. I can also add that the people in charge of the application process were always helpful, patient, and supportive.

Highly recommend this building as a rental option in Manhattan. Having lived in a few different neighborhoods in the city, I would have to say this area in the upper east side has been my favorite. The area is safe, not too noisy, just a few blocks away from central park, right along the 4-5-6 subway line and surrounded by delicious food.Apart from the neighborhood, the building is a wonderful experience in and of itself. The staff and managers are very helpful and friendly - the doorman is incredibly welcoming! I have not had any issues so far with maintenance; I figure that is a result of the building being very well managed and well kept. Overall, I love my stay here and honestly have no complaints thus far.

was promised building was smoke free, but tenant below me is a chain smoker. Frequently woken up in the middle of the night because my apartment completely saturated with cigarette smoke, especially in my children's bedroom. Complain over and over and management assures me they are working on it, but nobody does anything and my poor children just suffer day after day. What a complete nightmare!
