Claridge House

The building is nice and staff is friendly. But courtyard is a problem. Don't feel safe here at times. Seems to always be groups of men doing drugs in courtyard, homeless people sleeping out there, and every pet owner on the UES freely uses the court yard as a dog park. Everything from pittbulls and German Shepherds to uncaged birds. Would be nice if management made an attempt to call the police or made some effort to prevent non residents from using court yards - especially those with animals or drugs.

Awesome, safe, well-maintained building with escalators and luxurious lobby conveniently located on the UES....The majority of the staff is nice.The French bistro 'Cafe d'Alsace' located nearby is awesome.I used to park at the expensive private parking nearby.

Excellent building and doormen are extremely professional. Responsive management with fair practices

Loses two points for lack of intercom/emergency PA system. Major fire event at this building could have been handled better with an emergency notification system. Should be required in a building of this size and occupancy level.
