The other tenants are noisy, rude, filthy, and disrespectful. Management does nothing to address this. The smell of dog piss in front of the building is overwhelming. The new construction zone leaves their lights on all day and night across the street, which sears through the flimsy blinds. I terminated my lease early because management greedily continued to expect full rent despite corona. I do not recommend this building; it will be mostly vacant when the market crashes.
The staff here is absolutely amazing. From the door men to the leasing office manager Stella, they are all so friendly and willing to help at a moments notice! Would definitely recommend living here!
Living here and enjoying the amenities and considerate staff. Comparable to other buildings in area and amenities could be a little more extensive but overall very nice accommodations. Just moved in one month so may update with other review in the future but so far so good. Building representative agent and doormen are great. Recommend to anyone looking for a good apartment in the Williamsburg area.
You really get it all at Atelier, 239 N 9th. The location is great because the Williamsburg experience is right at your doorstep BUT it is amazingly quiet and relaxed in this corner of Williamsburg. This makes it such a great, relaxing and fun place to live. There's another very important thing to consider. The construction and finish (fixtures, appliances, etc.) are head and shoulders over the rest of new construction in Williamsburg. Take a close look and you will find a huge difference. Believe me, you do not want to live in a cheaply built apartment for that kind of rent. You'll be increasingly unhappy with your choice. Not a good outcome. TL-DR: Quality. Proximity. Don't hesitate to live here. You'll love it.

The doormen are great (namely Mustafa and Lubna).
