Fairview Towers

I have had a hole in my wall for 2 weeks. They hire people who don't show up to do the work. Dirty, bldg. cheap products and no call backs. Move somewhere else

Stay away from this management. Their apartments are roach infested and stink to high hell. Plus, they took over 60 days to return the security deposit (after much harassment). They have been uncooperative and unresponsive, only responding to yelling. Very annoying, stupid people.

The office here lets the basic wait for more than 30 minutes. And there is no accountability and no fundament. There is no manners for the guests and it is too frustrating to work and they can not work. And it makes me so angry every time I visit.

I would give zero stars if I could. We have had a leak and hole in our bathroom ceiling for 8 weeks now, and it is not yet fixed.We have reported this event as negligence to 311 and the housing authority of NY and the LLC has been written up as a violation (that's what the authorities informed me).We are extremely disappointed with the support and service of this company. My wife is 8 months pregnant and we have a hole in our bathroom ceiling, a breeding ground for mold - bad situation.I would think twice before dealing with this company.

I moved in 9 months ago. There has been no heat or hot water on dozens of occasions. There is no building supervisor so if anything breaks down, you are on your own. Not one of my emails have been responded to.
