Great Location if you drive or commute:
- 495 highway
- LIRR
- EFMR subway
Austin street has many restaurants, banks, entertainment and other vital businesses.
Cons:Queens blvd is always super packed with traffic.
Other comments:Elevators are slow as sh*t.
Walls are so thin you can hear your neighbor snoring.
The parking garage is quite pricey and parking on the street can be tough to find for multiple days due to parking rules.
Last but not least, developed an allergy, probably for dust. The building was constructed in 60's.
Overall not bad.
