Pros:

I have lived here almost for a year and LOVE this building! The staff are literally like family and are helpful, courteous and just fun to come home to with smiles and pleasant personalities! Karen was super helpful with my move in and since Jennifer has taken over recently she also has literally been a wonderful new addition to the team and already been helpful with general building/lease issues. The Doorman are great in particular including the handyman team who always respond quickly and with professionalism! I had an issue with an unexpected burst pipe a few months back and the whole thing was completed with little disruption and a new floor laid in 48hrs! The amenities of gym and sauna included for free are a great extra perk and they also love pets! My puppy loves the doormen and they are great with him too! Local area is busy but you are in the heart of midtown so if you want somewhere dead silent midtown isn't the place for you! However if you want a fun, vibrant, safe neighbourhood to walk around in then midtown is a great choice and this building is reasonable and not too overpriced in this crazy city and the layouts and apartment finish are a plus too!

Cons:

Only thing it doesn't have is an accessible outside space or rooftop if you aren't one of the higher floors that has a balcony :-( but hey always room for improvement! ;-) 5*'s are well deserved!

Pros:

I just moved in to this apartment building. Everyone is so nice. The doorman and the community manager tried to remember every resident's name. Making me feel very safe and welcomed here.

Cons:

I was considering renting an apt in the building and was staying with a friend for a few days who's currently living in the building. I found it to be too noisy even in higher floors. 8th Avenue seems like a busy street. Surprisingly it's even louder at night when trucks drive through. Wondering what the current residents think.
