Pros:

I am one of the original tenants of this building and have lived here for 8 years. I moved in as a college student at NYU and have been there ever since because there is truly no better place to live. There are a lot of beautiful apartment buildings with 5 star amenities in New York City (which this building is without a doubt - take a look at the rooftop Cloud Lounge and floor to ceiling windows with unobstructed views in every single apartment and you will see why) but what sets The Beatrice apart is the staff. The doorman, porters, handymen and leasing agents are more than friends, they are family. No matter what request I have asked of them, the answer has never once been "no" and they have gone out of their way to accommodate me with a huge smile on their face. I often feel like it's tough to feel settled and "at home" in the fast paced cut throat city that is New York but The Beatrice drowns out all the noise (remember you're high up enough to not hear anything) and makes you feel relaxed and at home. I am moving to Los Angeles at the end of the month and will miss everyone terribly but I am leaving this review so you can do yourself a favor and sign up to become a part of the Beatrice family and have the same amazing experience I did. Oh, and once you get there, make sure to introduce yourself to Hendrick Fernandez, General Manager. He is as good as it gets!

Pros:

The building and management are first rate. Beautiful amenities such as the cloud lounge lounge on the 55th floor with dramatic views of Manhattan and a state of the art gym on the 25th floor with towel service just push this apartment building into the stratosphere. Front desk team are on their game and and building maintenance is also tops. I've lived in other buildings and you're just not going to find a better run place. I love it...love my apartment! Thanks Beatrice!
