The building has lovely views, clean and well-appointed common areas, and a kind staff of doormen who greet each resident with sincerity. I would highly recommend if it weren’t for our current situation that has been present for four months now.

The J line of apartments has been dealing with a sanitary issue for months now without building solutions. Someone above 29J is vomitting off their terrace so that vomit lands on each subsequent terrace; even landing on residents in some cases. It’s disgusting, appalling, and completely unhygienic. Multiple emails, phone calls, and photos have been lodged with management and nothing has come of it. This vomit occurs multiple times per week.
