Cons:DO NOT LIVE HERE. We went weeks at a time, on multiple occasions, without heat or hot water in the middle of winter (December, January, February). We also moved out 45 days ago and still have not received our security deposit. They are crooks that tow the line of legality. I highly suggest you do not live here.
