You never know if there’s heat. Repairs I’ve done myself. I’m a landlord as well and would be embarrassed to have a property like this. We clean the loby and elevator ourselves if friends visit. You get a nice space and that’s where it ends.

Complete incompetence. The neighborhood sucks but it’s a nice building and fairly nice access to the subway. Then you come home to the drug dealers on their folding chairs. The key fob stopped working and the cheep landlord shuts the heat off. Good bye! This city is enough work. This is not a place to live.
