NO GAS, UNREACHABLE/ UNRESPONSIVE MANAGEMENT. We moved into 15 Park at the end of May and our gas was shut off a few days after. It is now nearly August and we still do not have gas = no cooking or laundry for over 2 months. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! We thought it was great when we moved in, and I will say the doormen/maintenance team is wonderful. The ownership is shady, and gas has been out for a month now. They won't give any reason as to why it isn't working or any date that it will be fixed. No notice, no answer from the management company. We live in one of the new apartments/pay the same as other luxury buildings in the area. So not worth it. Don't put yourself through the headaches.

Came here for an open house but was greeted with an extremely rude and lazy real estate broker, who claimed to be the friend of owners and was representing them. Apparently we needed to have proof of funds in order to be given any information about the sales of this building. I reiterate that this was an OPEN HOUSE. I would think twice to even visiting this horribly represented place.

Don't !! As other reviewers have commented the owners are unresponsive to tenants.huge renovation is going on and will last for years!! Construction workers ride the tenant elevators from floor to floor creating time consuming waits. Constant banging from 8am-5pm with construction dust left in the hallways soiling the carpets. Doormen and maintenance do their best, but this place wont be habitable til 2020

Major issues from the start... New renovations are not even worth it, as the fixtures aren't designed properly, from the shower heads to the toilets. Laundry works on one or two floors out of ALL 30, and you don't realize that until the load is ruined or card is charged for 5 loads. Management is unresponsive. Gas has been off for two months meaning no way to cook unless you buy a hot plate. Windows open 1". ONE INCH. Mosquitoes constantly fly in from the a/c somehow. I am gone as soon as my lease is up.
