Tenant:

Pros:

Brand new building with great facilities (gym, recreational area/lounge, etc.); modern kitchen, premium home appliances, great closet space. Staff is super helpful and extremely nice.

Cons:

Only big problem is the noise: If you are facing 39th street, starting early in the morning you might hear the hotel construction going on next door, and during the evening/night you might hear the trucks collecting trash or making delivery to the many hotels on 39th street. 39th street is also very close to the Lincoln Tunnel access and the Port Authority Bus Terminal - so there could also be a pretty loud ground noise...but I guess that's mid-town.
