I really have enjoyed the Murray Hill Marquis apartment building. The staff is very helpful. The building offers great amenities and the leasing of my apartment was a smooth and easy experience!

I never like to give a bad review, but Murrary Marquis and kingsqueensapts management are terrible. They moved me in without the place be ready. What do I mean about that? Once I moved in, I placed 3 work orders in. Windows, & heaters needed to be replaced, and walls needs to be insulated. It has been 3 weeks and my house only reaches a temp of 60 degrees. During cyclonebomb I had to sleep in this cold. Tomorrow I will have to go the route of calling 311 and create an escrow because I do not feel it is right to have to pay for poor living conditions. There is no organization with the building, but only excuses that they are trying to figure things out. They bought this hotel, renovated and turned it into a rental. They slapped some cheap furniture and appliances, then labeled this place a luxury apt. There is nothing luxury about it besides its name. Dishwasher and fridge are cheaply made.
