Current Tenant: 2019 - 2020

Pros:

The doormen, location and accessibility are all great. In-person staff are wonderful.

Cons:

The building is extremely old, the walls made of a thin sheetrock so every ounce of noise is clearly audible and travels through uninterrupted. The management company Resnick does not care for their tenants, makes no concessions in times of need and is a nightmare to reason with. For these reasons I highly discourage anyone from taking up a lease in this building - it will save you at least 12 months of your sanity.
