Luxury Furniture Accessible to Everyone.
We launched our direct-from-manufacturer brand 25Home to disrupt the overpriced and outdated models of the furniture industry.
This is simply a horrible building with so many problems, especially for a high rent Manhattan building. I strongly recommend not moving into this building. There are so many documented problems.
Very racist leasing agent is outright rude and just doesn't entertain if you ain't American. I'm will drop a detailed email to the building. We had an appointment on Saturday.
If Douglas Elliman agents could please get there stick from there behind your just working for the building you don't own it!! Just a NOTEWorst attitude ever.
The aesthetic and design of the building is beautiful, but not functional. The building only opened recently, and it's become clear the units weren't ready for tenants to move into them. A few things we've had to deal with upon moving in a few weeks ago - broken AC, broken washer/dryer, broken smoke detector, missing door knobs, loose floorboards and missing light fixtures. The amenities were supposed to have opened already, but the date has now been pushed back to late September. When you're paying a pretty penny to live in a luxury apartment building, you should be getting the perks, or at least a functioning apartment in good condition. The building has a lot of potential, and maybe this is just temporary growing pains, but I do think it's important to beware of this before signing a lease. I think tenants who are dealing with broken appliances, plumbing issues, etc. should get a small discount in rent until conditions improve and/or the building's amenities become available.
The worse management I have ever met. Yes. I just walk in and ask to looking about 2bedrooms. And they had really worse attitude and some of my friends said they will move out for sure. And I just let my friends know how worse they are. I will not let any of my friend go there anymore. All the reviews must be fake. And I will also find the company who run this management and let them know. Some of girls who work there are really sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have lived in this apartment building for almost a year now and my experience has been amazing. I moved from an east village walk up that was an absolute nightmare. Management at 180 works very hard and they are always working late nights/early mornings. All of the doormen are extremely nice and welcoming. The lease signing process was also extremely easy and seamless compared to other Nyc management companies. They are very accommodating and have great amenities. We also receive emails with discounted events around nyc which is really great. They offer free fitness classes and the gym is brand new and has a great rooftop view. I don't think I could live anywhere else in nyc after living in this building bc it's so great!
