Hanley New York is in an amazing UES location. It has a stunning new lobby and amenities space and features some of the most gracious floor plans I've seen in all of the Upper East Side. The doormen and building staff become like family here!

I loved this apartment! I lived there for about 15 months after recently moving to NYC and it was such a fun place to live! The building lobby is brand new and beautiful! The doormen (24/7) are super nice and helpful. They hold all packages and there is a refrigerator in the package room if needed. My apartment was beautiful and very spacious for NYC standards. The handymen were terrific (on site 24/7) and always came by promptly for any issue. They even hung my window shades which clearly isn't part of their job. The leasing office led by Daniel Fellus is terrific. I happened to be on the same floor as the leasing office so I saw those guys fairly regularly. They are super nice and obviously feel responsible for the building and the tenants as they are on site 6 days a week (unlike other agents who rent the apartment and you never see them again). They even helped me with odd requests (e.g. giving my sister access when I was out of the city and she needed entry or grabbing a package out of my apartment that I forgot to drop off at the front desk for mail pick up that I forgot to do). The location is great (just a two minute walk to the subway and maybe 7 minute walk to Central Park and prime shopping on 5th Ave). I would HIGHLY recommend this building to anyone.

Outstanding newly renovated building amenities and truly amazing staff. The Hanley is without a doubt one of the finest buildings on the UES, and I would certainly recommend to anyone looking for a luxury building experience.
