After you book your appointment, REZI will send you a confirmation email. Then, shortly before your showing time, you will receive another message with a code for a lockbox that is located outside of the unit. Enter the code on the lockbox to get the keys to the building and the unit. Once you've completed your tour, please follow the instructions to place the keys back into the lockbox.
You can schedule an appointment online at www.rentrezi.com by clicking on 'Apartments', and searching for the unit you want to see. Click on that unit's page and then select 'Schedule an Appointment' to book your tour.
No, at this time 100% of REZI tours are self-showing. However, we do have a dedicated Leasing team that can answer any questions about the unit or about the application process. You can contact the leasing team via Email at Leasing@rezi.co, or by phone at 917 409 0648
No, REZI does not charge any application, credit check, or broker fees. Only pay your security deposit and your rent
All of our apartments are available for self-showing tours 7 days a week for the morning, afternoon, and evening tours
Yes, REZI accepts all forms of rental assistance. When you apply with REZI, you'll see an option to select 'Applying with Rental Assistance'. REZI will then work with your program or caseworker to complete the program paperwork.

Yes. You are permitted to tour any unit no matter your income source. However, we encourage you to please check your voucher program for details to see if you are approved for this unit in rent rate and to double-check if your program may have additional requirements or restrictions.
You're able to cancel your showing directly from the email confirmation that you received from us. It's super easy! Once you've canceled the showing, you will go directly to our website at www.rentrezi.com, and select 1, 2, or however many apartments you would like to see. There's no limit! You'll schedule your showing for each apartment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your tour, you may do so from the automated confirmation email.
