21 West End Avenue

The building has amenities I never knew existed. There's a lot of brand new construction at the moment but 21 WEA stands out in terms of the quality of the apartments and amenities that make it feel like you're living in a 5-star hotel. Our leasing agent, Tom, moved heaven and earth to make it possible for us to make this our new home and we are incredibly grateful for his help.

We lived here for 11 months. Really loved it. Only good things to say. Had zero issues with our apartment and amenities are amazing- you end up using them a lot more than you would think. Management is really good, the people who there are really nice, and it's an amazingly run building. Thanks 21 West End!

The most amazing rental building in NYC! Jeannette, Renore, Richard, Chris and the entire staff are incredible. The amenities this building offers are beyond what you would normally expect from a rental building in NYC. I recommend this building to all the nice people in the world. 21 WEA has raised the standard of NYC living! Amazing!

21 West end is a fantastic building with amazing amenities! The kids playroom, restaurant and pool are gorgeous and perfect for anyone. They also have amazing events for residents that make it extra special - wine tasting, pool party and so much more!

Outstanding residence !!! Has the best amenity space that I have seen in an NYC residence.... Very welcoming staff. Beautiful views and a nice peaceful environment.... Love it.....

I cannot say enough about how amazing this apartment building is! They have the most beautiful amenity space with a gorgeous pool, beautiful kids play room, delicious restaurant food and the apartments are also fabulous. This is where I want to call home! The staff in the building from the doormen, to the chef to the building manager are all so nice and accommodating. You can tell alot of work went into all the details, each space is more beautiful then the next.

Just went to visit friends in this new building on the West Side and wow, I'm going to see if we can be building neighbors after taking a look at the services! From the Gym, to the Bar, Game room, to even YOGA Classes, it's an easy going vibe, feels like you can be yourself, Been to a lot of Hi-End buildings that are either like a Day Camp, or a dead serious bring down, snotty/attitude building. The staff is so helpful, even to a visitor like me, inquiring about things, as my friend Michelle acts embarrassed, lol! It a LIVE building, all ages pretty equal. I would live here!

21 West End is stunning from top to bottom. I have toured many new construction luxury rental buildings throughout the 5 boroughs and this one sets itself apart from all the others. The pool is extremely unique, not just a lap pool like most buildings, but offers indoor cabanas and a projection tv, it feels like a high end hotel. Also, the hobby room is a great place to hold family activities like pumpkin carving and not worry about making a mess in your own apartment. Last but not least the restaurant has quality food and service and best of all I don't need to leave home. Altogether this building has hit a lot of pressure points for us picky New Yorkers. I'm hoping other new construction will follow their lead!

21 West End is beautiful!! The amenities are amazing!! Love the pool! Management was so helpful and informative. They answered all my questions and made the whole experience so delightful. I would recommend 21 West End to all my friends!! Love .. Love this place!!
