Size of the unit is great for NYC, and recently updated kitchen with dishwasher!
Cons:Building management is highly unresponsive and it is nearly impossible to get help when things go wrong. Twice in the last two months the front door has been broken and taken more than two weeks to fix - which is a safety concern as well as an eyesore!
Other requests for my unit Maintenance have been ignored or taken a similar 2 weeks or more for support.
The lobby is also constantly overwhelmed with mail ans old cardboard boxes.
