Cons:

You'd better have a bank full of cash at this Glenwood Property.....agent onsite automatically refers me to Insurent who promptly makes one mos rent ...2100.00, cashiers check. Then they want two mos cashiers checks for another two mos. for their insurance escrow 4100.00.now I'm in for almost 6000,00....for Glenwood Hampton House...........this for lower credit rating........ then building management wants two months security......4100.00...so ten thousand to get into this building......I might add that I had 290,000 cash in the Bank.....unfortunatly i had to break my lease ......not a very good area...as a senior, there is a law 227...allowing Seniors to break their lease if they are relocating to their Mothers home..... as I ordered the copies of Cashiers Checks from Chase......and having records of the money to pay to move in...and move out...The escrow from Insurent i returned to Glenwood as a lease ending..4100.00................I lived in my downtown building for 35 years with no incident....was all this really necessary?
