Cons:

No, no no, stay away. I pay too much money for a building that consistently has issues: it's been over a week since the elevator has not been working. That leaves 1 elevator for a 30+ story building to be working. It takes over 10 minutes to catch an elevator. I'm constantly running late to work because of this issue. And there's been elevator issues since I've moved in. Secondly, maintenance requests go unanswered-- even after asking multiple times. I'm over this place. This not a luxury building. Go elsewhere.
