Pros:

Appliances are nice,

Cons:

but the management are scum. On the border of a not so nice neighborhood. Some gun-flashing crazy was shot (by police) outside the front door in 2014. They don't pay their workers fairly, and there are 3 options for getting your security deposit back: 1) you'll wait months, threaten to sue, contact the attorney general, and nothing will happen; 2) you'll wait months and eventually get it; 3) you'll get it relatively quickly with only a few unexplained deductions from the security.

Pros:

If I could give 0 stars, I would! After living in the building from the beginning and recently moved out, here are my reviews:Pros:-Doormen are fantastic and so nice! (tried getting one of them to come with me to my new building)-Plant bed on the roof was nice to have-Neighbors were really nice and all of the dogs are fantastic! We made a lot of friends!

Cons:

Cons:-Building was rushed to be opened-Management is HORRIBLE: unresponsive and rude. (We got yelled at for calling them!)-Management does not treat their staff well. Their checks have bounced on several occasions.-Does not return security deposits-Shuttle never works. When it does it is either shady characters or unreliable-Grill is not currently working and not on during the winter-Water damage from water break which leaked through all of the walls-Pool on roof is never filled in-Changes your lease whenever they want-Never washes the outside windows (lease says 2x a year, but NEVER happened)-Roof furniture is broken and dirty-Oven in my (old) apartment would take about 2-3 minutes to turn on Other Cons: -I saw 3 shootings outside of the building-The bar downstairs, Amarachi, attracts the wrong type of people-Called the cops on a homeless person once for sleeping in a tent in the park out front-LOTS of parties come summertime in the park. Becomes loud and crazy.Recommendation: Choose a different apartment building and one that is not owned by Pink Stone.

Pros:

Perhaps the only and best part of the building is the staff working in the building. They are very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Terrible building, stay away for the sake of your sanity. Management will never respond to your calls or emails. 1) LEAKS: From talking to neighbors, several apartments have leaks that have been ongoing for a year or so and no repairs whatsoever have been made.2) ROOFTOP: The amenities are poorly maintained, particularly the rooftop. The grill has not been working for months and management does not want to provide the funds to repair. The 'reflecting pool' is more of a cesspool which is not maintained and has not been a reflecting pool for over 1.5 years. The chairs are in a serious state of disrepair.3) MANAGEMENT: They have had 3-4 managers in the last year, never reply and they will not return your deposit. There was an email sent by residents to residents where at least 10-15 tenants were still waiting to get their deposit back months after moving out.

Cons:

I recently moved in and haven't been impressed with the place. Few quick points:- they have a shuttle service because the subway is so far, but don't rely on it. In the few months I've been here, the shuttle is down every other day. The doorman say the management company is too cheap to get a real driver anymore and pay them a fair wage- they rushed to build this. There is sloppy work everywhere-the doorman and super are great. Not complaints and they are helpful and responsive -doorman don't like the management company-decent gym, but they could do so much more with it. It's like they ran out of moneyThe worst part about the place is the management comp. They will not answer emails, and won't give me a copy of the signed lease and are generally unable responsive. I had issues with getting my deposit verified and worked with Erseida and who was extremely unhappy responsive. Do yourself a favor and pick a place Closer to the subway who manages a building better
