Mirroring Angela O's review...I have the exact same issues. Every time it rains there are MASSIVE leaks, I've had things damaged & the manager never responds to emails. I emailed her 10 times and called 2 x a day for 2 weeks, left voicemails which were never returned. I mean who does that? The super is good but unfortunately he can't do much without the authorization of the manager.I would strongly advise NOT moving here. The rent is absurdly high for what you get and the management is truly terrible.

Cons:

The management at this building is the worse. I have been living here since October, and paying a substantial Brooklyn rent, and every time it rains I have water leaking through my apartment requiring me to put buckets on my window. Multiple complaints have fallen on deaf ears. I was told there was parking available, and that is why I chose this place, and as soon as I signed the lease, I was informed that there were no available parking spots, and I will be placed on a waiting list. I am still on the list. I had a blocked toilet on a Sunday morning, and when I called the emergency line, the manger of the building called me back and said it was not an emergency, and for me to get a plunger and take care of it myself. I pay more than most people pay in mortgage for this place, and that was the response I was given. After moving to Brooklyn, I have find so many nicer and we'll run buildings, and so if you are considering this building, please go some where else. It's not what it's advertised to be.
