Had plans to stay for my one year anniversary but after speaking with Jeff winter in sales was very disappointed in the way he cared himself in the way he spoke to me.. Very very poor costumer service..

Cons:

They put up listings of *fake* apartments to get you to come and then show you something else that is more expensive. Do NOT believe what you see on streeteasy. Similar to what Casper L said. Also dont be fooled. There is no pool in the building. The pool shown on their website is the pool from the neighboring lifetime fitness gym which is $200 a month plus taxes.I wasted time checking out the place. Also the gym is a 1 bedroom apartment that they converted into a workout space. When you walk in you literally see the kitchen and bathroom and they throw in a bunch of weights in the bedroom.

Pros:

I love living here. It's an extremely modern building with lots of amenities. Being a student in the city, I can say that living here is great because of the location. Close to lots of restaurants and bars and lots of cool stores. I can also say that the concierge staff is nice as well as the mail people in the back. Gym is nice and clean after being newly renovated! Lobby is very spacious and has a dog garden where you can walk your pet. I enjoy that the condo is pet friendly because I love dogs and have one personally. :)Also, living on the 39th floor is amazing. The views are beautiful and the sky lounge's view is even prettier!

I don't know why streeteasy or other websites indicate there's available rentals on this place and one website indicated open house. You actually think people will welcome you cheerfully here. NOT. The place was too far west to walk. They made me wait in the lobby and the guy who came by told me there was no available unit to show so ended up showing me this tiny crappy occupied one bedroom, was so depressing and that was in the $4300-$4500 range but he has a friend who can show me other apartments in the city. Do you think I walked 20 minutes to get to 11th avenue in the cold weather so you can recommend a friend who can show me an apartment in price range because your building is in the high end range?!! I just came here so I can eliminate your building and to prove what other said was true. The photos do not reflect what you will see.

Cons:

Viewed four apartments. Half the lobby was taped off, workers' tools were strewn around and there was a pool of dirty water in one corner (!) Asked what was going on and the broker just said "exterminators". Great! Got plenty of time to view the lobby during the 20 minute wait for the broker... and it's got a cheap, tacky feel to it. Elevators likewise, everything has been done cheaply and shoddily and seems to be falling apart. Apartments were no better: tiny, depressing and incredibly cheaply finished for the price. A one bed for $3700 must have been all of 500 square feet, with a miserable view of the UPS building opposite. An extra $300 got a slightly better view, same grim little apartment. At $4500 you get floor-to-ceiling windows and an impressive view, still a pretty tiny space. Simply not worth it for the location (11th Avenue in the forties is an absolute dump), if you want modern high rise living do yourself a favor and go to Lincoln Square.
