Pros:

Nice place, nice architecture indeed with a zillion copper pennies outlining the property. For this review, I'm only commenting on the presale process. I arranged an appointment to view a 3-bedroom. Online it showed a full living room among other rooms. In person, the living room was non-existent! The broker put on her poker face making like there's a little area to put a couch in the kitchen. And at the time no other types of 3-bedroom apartments were available.

Cons:

Again, nice place, great amenities and pool to be outside, but just check ahead if your apartment you're viewing is, in fact, the accurate one you're checking out..or to at least make sure there's a living room! I'm not necessarily blaming the broker. Maybe she didn't know what was being advertised online as the only 3-bedroom available. I just bring this point so not only can potential renters know what they're viewing, but I'd like to ensure the brokers can properly qualify their leads so they don't have to waste their time as well.

Pros:

Building is Crisp and very nicely designed. The amenities are really nice and clean. Don't understand why the gym closes so early on weekends (6pm)But still excellent equipment complimentary classes and more.Doorman are friendly and not intrusive. Not sure what the reviewer is ranting about the size of a studio. I live in one on the higher floors and the design and views are excellent. The bathrooms are large and spacious.I have visited many other high end buildings this def stands out with quality and design.

Pros:

Well, the amenities are open now and it completes the total package for a great residence. My apartment is spacious and well appointed with great river and city views. The building itself is impeccably maintained and the concierge desk and maintenance staff are all friendly and happy to help. BUT as amazing as the building, apartment and staff are, the Skybridge lounge and gym are the pièce de résistance.I mean, come on -- just steps away from your door is a three-story state of the art gym and lounge that offers breathtaking views of the city and river -- all the way up to the Bronx and across to Queens -- and on the other side an incredible city view anchored by the Empire State Building and other icons of the New York City skyline. AND the gym is amazingly equipped. AND since it is residents-only (you can have guests, of course), its not crowded, so you have complete run of the place. AND included in the gym membership is an offering of great classes -- a core class, a ballet-inspired exercise class, pilates, yoga, thai boxing. AND they also offer occasional demonstrations and lectures like the recent one on healthy eating. The lounge area is spacious (its huge) with a catering kitchen, playroom, pool table, tv and of course tons of lounging space. Its a great place to hang out and bring guests. I count it as part of my living space. Some may think the location on the far east side (between 1st Ave and the river) is a bit out of the way, but actually its just one block from the beginning of the 34th Street Crosstown bus line (you can check your American Copper app for the bus schedule and meet the bus rather than wait for it) which will take you to all the train lines along 34th Street, and it's not a far walk to the 6 train on 33rd and Park, or even to all the trains at Grand Central. There is a gourmet deli right across the street, a 24-hour Bread & Butter gourmet deli on 34th and 1st, and Trader Joe's on 32nd and 2nd. What more do you want?I love it.

Pros:

The gym and amenities are open! The view is spectacular!! I worked from the skybridge lounge yesterday and enjoyed the peaceful view of the east river. The gym has peloton bikes and a rock wall you can climb which overlooks the city with a landscape view of the Empire State building. But - I have to say - the staff are my favorite part of the whole experience! #coppertone

Cons:

Stay away. This place is fancy but the flaws are serious. First, studios are so small they are ashamed of telling you how small they are upfront (square feet are not posted anywhere). They are so small that living here truly feels like being inside a prison cell. Never again. You might think it will be ok to live in such a small space because it's fancy, but it's not. Second, the units are ridded with various problems. Many problems are minor and I don't care, but some problems are more serious like constant cigar smoke coming into your unit from other apartments. Not a JOKE! And supposedly you pay a premium to live in this "smoke free" building. Don't get fooled by the bunch of paid PR news articles about this place and consider the serious cigarette smoke problem which is fundamentally a design flaw of the building.

Pros:

Pros:- The apartment is well-designed and has great appliances. They did a great job on the bathroom and kitchen. - The views are nice

Cons:

Cons:Hot water is constantly an issue and they don't seem to care. I constantly have to call them to fix it. There excuse is "not a lot of people live in the building so when more people move in, the issue will be solved". They under staff the building so they can save money. There have been times were there is no handy man available. Construction is extremely slow and the amenities they promised are still not there. They clearly are only concerned with getting people in the building, my advice is wait until everyone moves in, and maybe they will have there act together.
