This location of this building is extremely convenient to Washington Square Park and many subways. We feel our rent is a good value for the space we have compared to similar units in the area.
Cons:
Management is a nightmare to deal with, and they will ignore any complaint or request to fix anything. They refuse to keep a key to any unit, so they cannot get into your unit to fix anything unless you schedule it weeks in advance and are home during weekday business hours. There are 0 amenities in the building. The units have not been renovated in years and have bare minimum appliances. The pipes make horrible noises all winter.
